v If more than 2 people no-show, you will be
charged ( 24-hour notice will waive it ).

menu and this banquet menu unless arrangements have been made, deposit
paid & agreed in advance.
v The Farnsworth House will be very happy to
design a custom package to suit your needs. Any alterations to this package may
be discussed.

Conditions of Contract
v Prices are guaranteed for 6 months upon
receipt of $200.00 deposit.
v Deposit is non-refundable &
non-transferable unless 2 weeks advance notice is given.
v Any remaining balance is due when services
are rendered.
v We accept cash, major credit cards &
certified check.
v No food & beverage will be permitted
to be brought into the restaurant by guest or invitee except dessert (i.e.
cakes &/or cookies, plate charge applies $0.75 per person)
v We must approve any kind of entertainment
will be brought in by you. We need to have a copy of certificate of liability
insurance of the entertainer.
v Decorating tables & room must be damage-free.
Items can not be attached to walls with nails,
staples or any other substance in order to prevent damages to the fixtures
& furnishings. No Confetti is allowed.
v The party host/hostess agrees to be
responsible for any damages done to the restaurant by any invitees or anybody
under host/hostess’ control during the event.
v The Farnsworth House will not be held
responsible for damage or loss of articles left in the facility before, during
& after the event.
v Maximum number of children meals allowed per
event is 10. More than 10 children will be considered as adult price. Only
children 12 years old or under are eligible for Kids Menu selection.
